This secure gateway allows authorised users to access digital files, policies, medical plans, and governance documentation.

Based in Wales, our services operate under Welsh Government and HIW oversight; however, we also provide medical cover across England. In support of this, all applicable CQC-standard documentation and regulatory policies are maintained and accessible within this system.

Access to each portal is role-specific and managed in accordance with data protection legislation and clinical governance requirements.

Staff Login

The Staff Portal provides authorised personnel with secure access to internal policies, clinical guidelines, operational documents, and mandatory compliance information.

Client Login

The Client Portal allows approved clients to securely view event medical plans, documentation, and service-related information associated with their bookings.

Medical Form Login

This secure portal is for athletes, fighters, and event participants to submit and update their medical information as required for event medical clearance.

NHS Login

This portal provides authorised users with access to NHS-related policies, guidance documents, and reference materials relevant to clinical practice and governance.
