Please be advised that due to the nature of our business our recruitment process is quite extensive; Our recruitment process involves the following:

Option 01 – PAYE – this means our payroll department will calculate any tax, national insurance and any other deductions which may be necessary, annual leave entitlement, statutory sick pay, paternity, adoption leave, maternity pay. (Zero hour contract) Option 02 – Self Employed Subcontractor – This means you will receive a slighter higher rate than the PAYE, however our payroll department will not calculate any tax, national insurance, or other deductions, you will also not be entitled to the ae benefits as PAYE staff.
